At Adopt An Avocado Tree, your satisfaction is our priority. All avocado shipments are backed by our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If there is any issue with the quality or delivery of your avocados, simply contact us at info@healtheearth.info for a replacement shipment.

Requests for replacement shipments may require verification, such as a photo of the product received or tracking information.

Quality or Delivery Issues

Please inspect your shipment upon arrival. If your avocados arrive damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and make it right with a replacement shipment. We will evaluate the issue and make it right with a reshipment.


Perishable Product Policy

Because avocados are perishable, we do not accept physical returns. However, our Satisfaction Guarantee ensures you will never be stuck with a defective or compromised shipment. Just email us and we will resolve the issue promptly.

Replacement Policy

We do not issue refunds for avocado shipments. If any portion of your shipment arrives damaged, spoiled, or compromised, we will promptly replace the affected avocados with a new shipment once the issue is verified.
